I'm not a big fan of the Panthers. Fields sucks and vastly overated. Without Blair they would be toast. I'll be picking them to bow out of the big dance early.

there are no super teams..

this Pitt team defeated UConn twice and WVa. twice including a beat your head in at WVa...

Now lose when they don't bring their A game..

any of the 8 top seeds in the dance will ripe to exit at round 2 if they not bring their A game...

tuff part is that when the big lights come on these same teams find that focus and low and behold..

sweet sixteen filled with quality teams ready to do battle..

yep....as the year goes on i dont see much difference from teams 2-20 and not much difference from teams 21-40 (carolina has by far the best talent and should win but they lose interest in defense for spurts that keeps other teams in it)

HELL
IMO, this is the best thing that could happen. 7 out of the last 8 years they made the BE championship and we all know what they did from there, no further past the sweet 16. For the years, they have laid it on the line to win the BE and it certainly took it's toll. I think these conference tournaments wear on you physically. Go home, rest up and get ready for the bigger picture.
