what is your thinking on the jets/minn under, is this an against the public play. I don't see how this game will not be high scoring. Jets will score, vikes will score, what am I missing. Love the over

public fade, not really..


this is based simply on a hunch that both teams will try to run the ball more this week..

both teams know that their Ds are terrible.. i believe both teams will try and establish the run and control the clock to keep their Ds off the field

im looking for the Jets to try and keep the explosive Vikes O out of the game by playing the possesion game and giveing a healthy C. Martin plenty of carries..

I think Bennent will get his share of carries also.
if the Vikes can get the run game going through the first half.. it should open up some play action
Moss will be double covered the entire game.. and the other receivers are suspect..


and yes i think everyone is going to be on the over.. so this is a good spot for a public fade.. this is why i have not bet on this game yet.. im hoping it will go to 50 by game time..

whats going to kill the under in this game are big plays. martin will probably break a couple.. but i still like the under..i like it even better at 50 so ill wait.

good job Gibber......suggestion......post your units in 110/100 or 1.1/1......you are winning consistently in NFL especially...but would be much more accurate and easier to follow....

Freeze you must be refering to the fact that my record does not reflect juice...

when i post here at jacks my units are just added and subtracted for simplicity sake.. everyone knows about 10% juice.. my plays are posted so people can see what games i like and how much i like them.. and the "+units year to date" can give people a general idea of how im doing..

as far as accuracy i do keep my own records... juice and everything else are carefully accounted for... i know down to the penny how much ive made and lost this year. so no need to worry.



i like the under tonight but i have not played it yet.

any thoughts?

great call gibber! especially on the min/nyj under! definitely was a public go against! that line kept rising. 2 games i want to point out is: houston-seems like everyone liked them but me! i said it would be a blow-out and it was. was very confused to see that game so close half way thru! anyways the other san francisco we both got screwed on that one. nfl has been very disaponting this year so far, i can name 5-6 games that i should have covered burt ended up losing-very big swing! anyways what comes around goes around!

damn jmizeus that san fran game was hard to swallow

i thought that was an easy winner.. oh well..

as far as the Houston game.. you are right. that should have been a public fade but i just didnt see it. my thought was to fade the browns who have been awful this year... thought i was on the right side of that one at half also??

but i hit the 10* which was all i really cared about! i put alot more money on that then i should have, then i made my dad and brothers put money on it also b/c i was so damn confident... i was sweating my ass off at half w/ 23 points scored..

if favre would not have been hurt.. im not so sure that game would have gone under.. just goes to show, no such thing as a sure thing..
but my family is still talking to me so i guess everything worked out
