Gibber

I got a question for you if you dont mind. So you had a exc NFL and even extended it into the playoffs. Were you able to stick to money management?

To me the best thing that can happen to a gambler is that we get on a streak or have a good year and recognize it early. Yep I am kicking ass now....hmmm

At what point can wagers be increased.? Especially when we are playing with the books money.

If we dont think this way or about this we will never make big money. My question is at what point did you recognize it and what did you do about increasing bets ?

scott,

to answer your question..

"yes" i have been able to stick to money management.. that is one thing i made sure of this year..

as far as raising my bets.. nope.. stuck w/ the same units all year long.. simply b/c what goes up must come down.. you cant stay hot forever.. i was afraid if i raised my units and hit a down turn i would have screwed up a nice season..

as far as the playoffs.. yes i usually bet more and raise my units..not b/c there is more value.. (i think playoffs are harder) i raise the stakes simply b/c the playoffs are the most fun of the season and i like to up the ante a bit..

good luck scott congrats on your big hit last week.

ill be back:)

Thanks Gibber that is usefull information to me. I admire you for sticking with the same units.

I dont think I can do that. Not yet anyways. I probably have to get kicked in the :moon: a few more times before it sinks in.

I really like that you raise stakes at playoffs as it is fun time of year. None better really.

I really see Philly winning Saturday night. the +7.5 points bother me but as someone else said Philly will crush.

yeah the playoffs are a blast..

it might not be profesional to raise bets just for action..

but hell this is not a full time job for me..

this is still a hobby and like to have some fun w/ it now and again.
