Both teams pens are pitching very well and the under was 1-5 in games where these 2 teams played vs each other last year and one of the 2 pitchers was the starter. In the one head to head matchup from last yr the score was 2-1. Franklin also has an era a run lower in his career at night. Not sure about ump/weather but I still think under is the way to go here.
