Geeezzz, that is too fricking funny! I can relate....I had the Cardinals in a game vs Pittsburgh in August for a hunk of change straight up & in a nice parlay. All was good until they gave up a few runs late in the game and went into the ninth down 4-2. I thought it was over so I went and took a shower. I came back and checked on it and saw the miraculous score of Cards win
5-4. My plaid boxers instantly became my lucky charm and I washed the damn things everyday for the next four days until the run ended! Sadly, I ripped the ass out of them a couple of weeks ago. I'm sure you were joking but to me, I definitely have clothes I will wear or won't wear on gameday. Thanks for the laugh...I needed it after watching the favored 'Noles get the backdoor.
