The exploding Hammel can. It really is amazing the pitchers we are seeing in this series. Dead arm Wacha. Lackey as an "ace". Cahill and Clayton f-ing Richard out of the pen. LOL for sure.
LOL, yeah, it's amazing. I was cracking up at the Richard/Cahill transition last night. I still can't believe a guy like Jason Hammel has to start in a 5 game playoff series.
Welp, get em next game. Lackey is such a head case (and awful) - that's always the risk with him. If he can simply get the pitcher out, he could very well cruise all game - instead 2 pitches later he doles out 4 runs. Oh well
Cards don't have much left as far as starters due to injuries and sickness...Would have loved to see the Cards healthy but the Cubs are hot(Baez doesn't even play if Russell is hurt and Baez hits a 3 run HR).

Yes, I'm aware. Cards a shell of their full team at this point. And its a team that used starters and deep pen to win games. There are only so many major injuries a team can sustain.
Very upset I didn't pound Kershaw harder laying less than 150. That's a rarity. Easy to say in hindsight, but you just have to be ok with losing if Kershaw gets out dueled my Matz. SHit.

I'm going large on Jays and Over. I just think Jays will break out as the game goes on. Hamels is not Hamels anymore, and I just see this one slipping away. I'm banking on Texas getting a few and Jays getting them in bunches 2-3 times today. Call it 8-3 Jays
