Wild Card round 2-0 (+10)

Starting a new thread. I don't want to go through all those posts. This will be easier. I posted these first 2 in the wild card thread early when they came out.

5x

Bos -130
LAD -140

I hit my parlays on the wild cards and have Bos added to those 2 winners for a 3 teamer. Have the LAD added to them for a 4 teamer. Until I lose a par I am going to keep adding to what is left playing.

5x

Tor +125

So I will be adding Tor to Bos and LAD. I am not tracking these pars. I haven't lost 1 yet, and will probably stop playing them when I lose a game.

BA, I too have an open third leg of a parlay after winning on SF and the Under last night... Looking for some advice...

Should I play Boston to just win at -135 (pays about 5-to-1), Boston -1.5 at +120 (pays about 6.7-to-1), Boston -2 at +160 (pays about 8-to-1), or something else? Or should I just play a different game altogether (Toronto ML perhaps, though that's down to +107)? Or shit, tonight's football game or a prop from it? Anything you particularly like?

Also, do we know why the Boston line is dropping when the public money is coming in on them?

In any event, BOL to us tonight and thanks for the winners so far, as well as any help you're able to provide regarding my above question(s). :toast:

Ultimately my own decision of course, was just looking for some input. I'm seeing -133 right now which seems like fairly decent value, so I'll probably go the ML route as you suggested. Just tempting to take the better price getting 3-to-1 better odds... Gotta admit I'd be peeved if they won by 1 then though. I'm also worried that the line is still dropping when we know the public money is mostly on Boston. Any idea why that is?

Also, anything else you like tonight? In baseball or football for that matter.

Curious if the line drop on red sox concerns you? Considering hitting them a little harder but got spooked at the line drop vs money percentages. Thx GL

Plus right now nothing is scaring me:mj07::mj07:I not trying to sound cocky or anything but this has been one hell of a month or longer. I never change after I cap a game, I roll with it. Win or lose

I can't add, I got all these pars with them in them. I have riding now. I'm not even shaving cost of pars off. If Tor wins it will complete a few of them. I still have a bunch with LAD if Bos wins. I won't add to them either.

I am putting up 2 Coll foots in a min in other forum

I did not want to see Miller come in this early. He is going to take away the 5,6 and 7 inn. NOOOOOOOOOOOO

Tough beat on Boston... can't believe how much the Tribe used their bullpen so guessing Kluber will be pitching deep tomorrow even if he gets hit hard as Miller is likely out and not sure Allen can go either. Price has to earn his money or Boston might be done. Tribe wanted this game more tonight IMO and I had Boston as well after line dropped to -118, took them big. Would have been a huge win for me, but did go 3-0 on football in NFL and NCAA degenerate plays so can't cry and had Toronto big as well. Sh*t happens and I think you had the right side with an unlucky result.

I am leaning Nationals at +140 tomorrow... I like Kershaw, but Scherzer at that price at home... wow!

Boston hitters were pathetic, especially in the 8th and 9th. They had no chance, swinging at breaking ball after breaking ball in the dirt. Pedroia, Bogaerts, and Bradley all whiffed three times. Porcello couldn't even get out of the 5th against the Tribe's #3 or 4 starter. Sox in trouble now, that was really a must win for them, especially if Price's post season woes continue.:shrug:

Yep, Tribe take series now, IMHO, & I thought it was Boston's year. Kluber is nasty and can go 7/8 innings and sure Miller can go 1-2 more if necessary. He has an arm like Madison Bumgarner, old school. By the way, I see Madison game 5 on almost zero rest vs Cubs if necessary. Madison wouldn't start, but 3-4 innings relief.

Your right on all points Destructor. I was @ 1 game this year when he brought in Miller in the 6th. He took care of the 6th and 7th that day. That is why I went nuts when I seen Miller warming up.

I took Kershaw early. -140. I just leaving my play in. Even though I can buy out and not lose any juice.

Your right. I don't know what the hell Pedroia was swinging at. He needed a F-ing 9 iron in his hands. The others are young and prob nervous.
