thanksgiving plays:
detroit + ---green bay finally made it to above .500 after big wins vs. tb & sf. this achievement could work against them because teams that win to get above .500 tend to relax a little when playing against an inferior team. favorites of 5 points or more are 30-62-1(32%) vs. .500 or worse teams in this situation over the years. a few more trends for this play---detroit is 11-5 ats on thanksgiving day when favored by 3 points or less or are getting points. here is another one specifically for this series--the team that covered the first game went 0-9-1 ats in the second game over the last 10 years. green bay won earlier this year.
right now the line is at 6.5. will wait to see if it moves in my direction. if need be, i will buy up to 7.5.
under miami/ dallas---under is 5-0 in miami road games this year. also miami is 1-5 under as dogs of 4< points in their last 6 & dallas is 2-6 under as thanksgiving day favorites.
right now the line is at 34.5. will also wait to see if line moves up but again will buy up if need be.
