Season System Plays 139-96-1
Last Week 9-9
This Week 0-0
Halftimes 4-2
NFL 1-0
Rushing Dog Theory 22-16
Defensive Dogs 6-6

Sorry about not posting the opening lines but went to my nephews 3rd birthday party on Sat and woke up with the flu, felt like I had downed a few bottles of 151 Rum yesterday. Still feel like shit but capped most of the games yesterday for the week:

Toledo+5, this is a ton of points for a team that over the years has a outstanding track record at home going 26-1 since 2000 with the only loss being to Miami of Ohio in 2001. The other thing I like about this game is the experience at the QB slot.

Kent-7
CFU is a disgrace and Conf USA should be embarrassed that they are admitting this team. Any team that resides in a state with as many fine athletes as Florida and goes winless should seriously consider some major changes in the program. Kent is playing solid ball and Cribbs should have a field day against the Knights, while Kent's defense should have very little problem shutting down a Knights offense that ten games into the season has yet to finda QB.

UCONN-3
I have the feeling that Rutgers has packed it in for the year, Navy completely shredded them on Sat and UCONN brings a more diversified offense to the table. The Huskies have struggled on the road but should have enough firepower to win this one by 7.

WVU-5
Pass for me, lean Pitt at home.

Colorado+3
Nebraska has no business spotting anyone points in the Big 12 as this team offensively is a mess. If Ross does not play in this game then the Huskers will be without their top receiver and RB. Callahan will need at least two recruiting classes in order to recruit the speed and hands needed to run the west coast offense.

LSU-4
Pass at this point

ASU-13
Pass at this point leaning ASU!

Texas AM+10.5
While Texas is the better team, I think that the Aggies will be able to hang around in this game and get the cover.

BC-Cuse
Pass

Vols-Tucky
Looking at a under here, will the Cats even score in this game?

Cinc-Lou
OVER, two best offenses in the league collide and both teams should put up some big numbers. Bearcats are peaking and should hang in this game with the points.

ECU-NCSt
Pass

Georg-GT
Pass

Okie St-Tx Tech
Going to wait to see if the line moves anymore and the injury situation in Stillwater.

Iowa St-3.5
Mizzou has quit on Pinkel and will have a tough time scoring on an athletic Cyclones defense.

Ole Miss
Passing on the Egg Bowl, why did they move this game from Thanksgiving night?

UTEP-TULSA
Pass

UAB-SMISS
Tough to pass on SMISS at home

Tulane+12
Playing some solid ball and now going against the worst pass defense in the country

UVA-Tech
four points looks tempting for the Cavs but my concern is that this team never comes up big in their bigger ball games.

Boise-Reno
Double Digit dog looks nice

Fresno-Sjose
Another double digit dog

Wake-Maryland
Can Marylands offense cover a td?

Mem-Sfla
Pass

USC-ND
Alot of points for the Irish to be getting here, I like USC to win around 14

NW-HAW
You would assume that NW should be too physical for Hawaii but this has a bailout game written all over it.

Ok State's only injuries are Darient Williams he may play though; Morency will start.
I think Iowa State is a strong play. Missou players want the season over.
One of my biggest plays of the year will be Ark +4
LSU has no business laying points. Only problem I have is Jones has the hamstring injury. That will be a key
Good luck this week

Thanks BBK, I will look at Arkie, do you know the % of Jones playing? Agree with you that Iowa State is a strong play, locked the line in at 4 it may go up.

I am not sure the % however he did play the entire game but I know he wont be 100% we all know those hammy injuries are hard to read however Jones is gutty and I am sure will play the whole game.

Interesting sidenote; I have a friend I got a call from who owns a xmas light business and puts up Xmas lights for the offensive coordinator for Ok State and he basically said that they were going to put in a few wrinkles and they are as healthy as they have been all year and feels pretty optomistic about his offensive gameplan. May be a reason for the line going down towards OSU. However Gundy did say he wasn't really happy with the defense which going up against Tech at tech where OSU has been absolutely throttled the last 2 times they have played there and I think the last 4 times they have played have been outscored by an average of 43-12 or something like that. OUCH
good luck this week

i would be careful with colarado nebraska, nebraska is a much different team at home, this is nebraskas biggest riiverly since the inception of the big 12. nebraska needs this to be bowl elegible and nebraska only offensive threat corey Ross is originally from colarado and he likes nothing more than laying yards on his old state. callahan needs this win and will pull out every stop to get it, hell he is not even going to bench delone for punching out a male cheerleaders teeth against oaklahoma. nebraska by double digits

Hawaii +6.5

Hawaii +6.5

See the line going up! Northwestern's pass defense is terrible. The only good QB's they faced were Henne from Michigan and they were lucky to face Purdue when winds were swirling at 35 mph.
They have only scored in the 30's three times against TCU, Indiana, and the overtime game versus Ohio State. They are coming off their biggest rival in Illinois and should have lost that game. Add in to the fact the 10 hour plane ride and the fatigue from the hot humid weather. Feel everyone is just looking at Northwestern's chance to go to a bowl. Only decent team they beat in a very weak big ten conference was Ohio State and that was before Smith became their QB.
Just wondering your opinion on the game as this could be my largest wager of the year and wanted your opinion or other opinions from other handicappers for this game.

The Don't Laugh Pick: exceeds the Baylor pick which only comes every 2 or 3 years

La Tech +2' or 3

A Super Bonus: OVER61/62

these lines won't hold....the game is next monday nite November 29th as a write-in.

I've played the ML +130
A 6 point Teaser +9 with the OVER 55

I Teased with all the games posted earlier with +9

I Teased with all the games posted earlier with OVER 55

Since 1992 La Techs Over is 8-2 after a conference game

Last 3 years Rice is 3-1 on the OVER after 2 consecutive losses

I could go on ...MOATS (RB) is a big plus and strength of schedule is powerful...etc. My numbers are just damn scary been checking and re-checking since Sunday nite. All come up positive.

I'm not going to post on the main thread until Saturday.
