I also followed his plays and it looks like he ment Portland st game at 5 o'clock. I may be wrong but it looks like Portland and Portland state both covered

It was a typo. It was Port St +2 over Idaho. Port was getting 15.5 from St Mary's. I played Port St +2 not Portland.
