This system was 4-0 in the Regional Finals last weekend. It is used mainly for point spread and not totals.

Game 1 Analysis

Texas -3 vs. Syracuse:

18:00 Mark: Syracuse opens the game with a 7-0 run.

15:45 mark: Syracuse leads 11-5 when T.J. Ford commits his 2nd personal foul and has to sit for the majority of the 1st Half.

12:00 Mark: Syracuse up 16-7 with Carmelo Anthony scoring 9 points

10:00 Mark: Zone is causing trouble for Texas. Dick Vitale and Brad Nessler actually point this out during the commentary. Kind of scary!!!

8:00 Mark: Syracuse goes on a 15-9 run to open the lead up to 15 (31-16).

6:00 Mark: Texas follows that up with a 13-3 run to close the gap to 5 (34-29).

3:00 Mark: Syracuse up 41-35 with Anthony and Gerry McNamara with 11 apiece. Royal Ivey leads Texas with 11 also.

HALFTIME: Sracuse 45 Texas 39--Texas closes with a 23-14 run to end half. Anthony and McNamara have 11 apiece and Texas is led by Ivey and Brian Boddicker with 11. Ford has 2 points and 1 assist after sitting out the majority of the half.

16:00 Mark: Syracuse's lead is now 53-52.. Boddicker leads Texas with 13 at this point. Edelin has 12 for Syracuse.

12:00 Mark: Syracuse goes on a 9-0 run to open the lead to 62-52.

10:00 Mark: Syracuse continues to hold on 68-61.

8:00 Mark: Syracuse with another mini-run (7-2) to make score 75-63.

4:30 Mark: Texas trying to climb back in. Syracuse up 83-71. Anthony now with 22 points. Boddicker leads Texas with 19.

FINAL: Syracuse 91-80. Texas can get no closer than 8 in the final 4 minutes.

Game 2 Analysis

Kansas -4' vs. Marquette

16:00 Mark: Kansas jumps outearly as Kirk Hinrich opens up with 7 points.

13:00 Mark: Kansas leads 20-12. Hinrich has 7 points while Marquette is led by Dwyane Wade and Robert Jackson with 4 apiece.

10:00 Mark: Kansas extends lead to 32-23. Hinrich has 9 points with Nick Collison chipping in with 7. Wade has 8 points to lead Marquette.

7:00 Mark: Kansas remains up 40-32.

4:00 Mark: kansas extends lead to 50-38. Wade is getting bottled up.

HALFTIME: Kansas 56-52: Marquette closes with a 14-4 run to close the lead to four. Wade scores 15 of Marquette's final 29 points to lead them with 23 at the half. Jeff Graves leads Kansas with 13 followed by Hinrich with 9.

16:00 Mark: Kansas storms out of the half leading 70-60.

12:00 Mark: Kansas continues to hold a double digit lead at 82-72.

10:00 Mark: Kansas leads 88-77.

7:00 Mark: Kansas maintains its double digit lead (88-77). Graves leads Kansas with 20 followed by Hinrich with 18. Wade leads all scorers with 25 but only has 2 in the 2nd half to this point.

3:00 mark: Kansas up 100-89.

FINAL: Kansas 112 Marquette 99---Marquette tries to send Kansas to te foul line, but Kansas cashes in on 10-12 from the line.

It is by far the most accurate simulati0n you can find. For those who didn't see my post last week, the only week I used it during college football season last year, it hit 28 of 33 against the spread!! UN-FAWKING BELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!

One thing would seem for sure..if Ford is held to six points Cuse will win by 10+!! It's certainly predicting a helluva lot of scoring in both games! Thanks for posting this. It's hard not to consider the results when looking at its' past results...

In my opening post, I said that this was mainly used for point spreads, not for totals. But personally, I do see both games going over!!! But the point spread is the main thing!!!
