Please Help: Take my daughter's short online survey

So my daughter is 16 and had to come up with an online survey for her Sociology Class. It's only 10 T/F questions so should only take a minute. She's having trouble finding adults to complete it which is a problem because her results are supposed to be based on age group. Was hoping the MJ crew may be able to help out! Also I realize she could have worded things a bit better and it may be a little biased (maybe more than a little) but she's still learning. Here's the link and thanks!

Completed...I am surprised that none of the questions ask for the gender of the person filling out the form. Seems like that would be a big key to her research perspective. Good luck to the kid!
