Good Morning, BoyZ .. Thursday's NHL POD OVER 6(-115) Utah Carolina was an EASY $$$ POD WINNAH, CAR HURRICANES 5-4.
+ 7.6* units Thursday on posted NHL plays, cashing 4 straights & my 4-teamer & now am + 9.6* units for the week on NHL posted plays.

The 15-5 Villanova Wildcats are on campus to battle the 9-12 Providence Friars. Gametime is 7:00 pm eastern on FS1. Nova is -8.5/156.5. These two teams played at Providence 13 days ago with the Wildcats winning 88-82. In that game, the leading scorer for Providence was injured (Jason Edwards, questionable tonight).
The Friars other three leading scorers: Jaylin Sellers, Stefan Vaaks and Jamier Jones all scored over 20 vs the Cats in their last meeting. Jones has been electric ever since then. Providence lost another tough one: 87-81 at UCONN last out. They are better than their record as they continue to stay in every game. They can score but have given up an average of 95 points in their last 5 road games. They can turn the ball over and are not great rebounders.
The Wildcats have been in a 6 game shooting slump. Last out, losing in OT to UCONN and shooting 34%. Their guards went 1-21 in that game. In fact, Acaden Lewis has gone 2-20 vs UCONN and St John’s (both Nova losses). Nova Nation continues to wait for leading scorer Bryce Lindsay to break out of his shooting slump. Will it be tonight? In the meantime, Brennan, Perkins and Askew have been as steady as a rock.
This evening, we can rely on the Providence defense to give Villanova open looks. Nova has been off for 6 days and certainly have focused on how to defend the Friars three scorers. After 6 days, will the Cats be a bit rusty on offense?
My belief is the Cats will finally wake up from 3 and score a bunch as will Providence. So…taking the game Over.
