Just got back to hotel and went to bet. Thought I could do one total in 5...but no. Looked up 'rules'...no luck. So now:

Going with the Hometeam Teaser tonight with PITTSBURGH in college hoops to have enough pride to get-r-done in front of their home crowd, Gibbs or no Gibbs, and in the NBA, I was close to using the Magic, but the Mavs have won five straight in Orlando, so I decided to go with the LA CLIPPERS in the big boys late game, as the Clips are playoff-hopeful and aim for their sixth straight home win, tonight! Pittsburgh is 15-7 @ Home while Wazzu is 6-11 on Road, and the Clippers are a nice 18-8 @ Home while the Blaz are just 7-18 on the highway .. now, all I need is some luck .. hope LADY LUCK dresses nicely tonight, 'cause I am taking her out to dinner if she will oblige. : )

My grandson is nine of ten .. he applied for ten colleges and has been accepted to nine so far and waiting on the tenth (Harvard). Not sure if I've got the list right but .. Az, Auburn, Santa Clara, Loyola-Marymount, Chapman, San Diego, USC, Santa Barbara, UCLA, UC Berkeley, Claremont-McKenna, Harvard .. pretty nice way for a young man to start off his big trip away from home .. wish I had started that way, instead, watashi decided to join the navy and ride the waves .. heck with college .. right? : (

LL .. see you changed your POD .. looks interesting .. a 9-pt four team tease .. my site just offers Special 3-team 7-pt & 5-team 12-pt in hoops, ties lose in both, but a 4-team 9-pt teaser really sounds pretty cool to me .. do ties lose it that one(?) .. sounds like a pretty good option for teasers!

My favorite 3-team Special Teaser is in fb getting 10 points .. that one I can use TOTALS on, and getting 10 points on NFL TOTALS is a nice advantage, IMO .. I try to use ones that have the hook on the end, so that I don't lose on the TIE .. no worse feeling than losing on a TIE .. well, hitting your thumb with a hammer might qualify as a worse feeling .. bet many don't even use a hammer anymore or change the tire on your car. : )
