POD BOYZ PLAY OF DAY FRIDAY NOVEMBER 23

The Cats ripped a cold shooting Canisius club and now take on the Cowboys of Oklahoma State. The Pokes easily disposed of Memphis thanks to shooting a blistering 57%. Game time is 11:30 am eastern in Orlando. Nova is -5.5/143.5
Nova shot a bit better but they played a team that was poor defensively. They still turned it over too much but did show some defensive intensity. The Pokes lost their 3 top scorers to graduation. They have a crew of 6 freshmen but they are pretty ?raw? so the upperclassmen have gotten the bulk of the minutes. Cameron McGriff (17.7 ppg), Lindy Waters and, their 3 point specialist, Tom Dziagwa get overused. As there is no depth presently, look for the Cats to shoot less 3?s and drive to the hoop more often. The more these guys ride the bench; the more Nova will have the edge. The Pokes also turn the ball over as much as Nova so expect both coaches to step up the pressure on D.
This is another game Nova has the talent to dominate..we shall see if they can ride the wave of momentum created yesterday.
Pretty surprised at this line. Nova should take care of the Pokes. Taking Villanova-5.5.
