POD BoyZ Play of Day Monday May 9

TEAM POD ROARS: 35-22-4 Last Week!
The Good Guys got back on track with a very solid 35-22-4 week! We were led by a Capper who ran the table with a PERFECT 7-0! We are proud to honor CANUCKFAN with the GOLD MEDAL. Way to go, sir! Just a click behind and earning SILVER MEDALS with 6-1 weeks: WILD BILL and LAUDERDALE LEGEND. We also had co-BRONZE MEDAL winners: ELMER FUDD (4-2-1) and TERRYRAY (3-1). Congrats to ALL of our Medal Winners.
Also, in the black, DOUBLETWO at 4-3.
The rest of the Team looked like this: Old Man River (2-3-2), RockyB (1-2-1),Coach Burns (1-2), Big Kahuna (1-4) and Comelay 11/10 (0-3).

Good Morning, BoyZ .. not much help from me last week and lost my POD on OV5tb when they won 4-0,
and the Islanders could not ever get me one goal : ( I did cash the DIAMONDBACKS & ORIOLES plays w/
a Push on OV9cinn .. that Total did go down to 8' though and hit it again(not posted), but the Giants loss
killed my 4-teamer & the OV5tb loss not only killed my straight but a 3-teamer too for - 0.6 units Sunday
and finished the week at - 24.6u .. hoping for a better week, & here is what I played for Monday .. Salami
in pucks projected to 10.9 goals .. going to call my POD on the TORONTO BLUE JAYS .. love my Giants,
but they keep sticking with Jake Peavy for their fifth starter, and he has a 9.00 ERA on the year and has
allowed 13 runs in his L2 starts, while his opponent starter Aaron Sanchez has only allowed 13 runs all
year long with a (2-1) record and a 2.82 ERA this year .. GOOD LUCK MONDAY, BOYZ !!!

Love the Jays play, OMR. I'd be on them myself but don't have a good handle on them yet. I think Peavy is horrible enough on his own to lose this game, but this Jays team isn't on the right track yet. The bullpen can blow any lead they have into the late innings :facepalm:
15-1-1 in the last 2.5+ weeks since I've come back. I can't remember ever having a run like this.

Welcome! We should probably post a rules section each week as we do have some. The main one is a limit of -150 on your POD (Play of Day). We DO try to NOT post a pick in opposition to another poster's pick so we always have a chance to sweep the Board!

I hear ya Canuck about the Jays' pen .. I'm on the OVER too .. my son is
a big Giants' fan too and says Peavy is an automatic Over play, but of course
AT&T is pitcher friendly, especially in night games .. keep those winners coming
and get Vancouver in the playoffs next year.
