Good Morning, BoyZ .. Friday's NHL POD OV 5' Bos NYR was a LOSSAH Bos 1-0, as they had played
three Under meetings in a row, & I thought it was time for an Over, but they disagreed with me.
My posted NHL plays were -2.9 units on Friday, & I am now -12.2 units for the week.

The Cats are in Omaha today to battle the Creighton BlueJays at 5:00 pm eastern. The line is Nova-2.5/144.5. Creighton is ranked 19 th (15-5 record) and have picked by some as a Final Four team. Marcus Zegarowski is their all everything point guard but he gets a lot of help. Mahoney (14.5 ppg) has stepped up this year, Mitch Ballock is a 3 point assassin, Damien Jefferson is their 6th man spark plug. They start 6?7? Christian Bishop at center but are quick to bring in 7? Freshman Kalkbrenner.
Creighton has shown some inconsistencies in taking care of the ball as well as scoring droughts. Both have led to their 5 losses. They are always dangerous at home and Omaha has not been kind to VILLANOVA.
Nova comes off a pounding of Marquette where they shot 63% from the field and 59% from 3. Don?t expect to see those numbers this afternoon. On the other hand, the Cats have some mismatches vs. Creighton. They have no one to guard Robinson-Earl or the recent scoring machine: Jermaine Samuels.
What will we see. For sure, a hard nosed typical Big East battle. Creighton will see if Ballock or Mahoney can get hot from behind the arc and feed them. Going inside would be smart as getting Nova in foul trouble would be beneficial but I don?t think that will work. So, the total looks high to me but both coaches will foul a lot at the end unless their is a blowout which could take the total Over. Nova will feed Robinson-Earl and Samuels inside. As always, they will shoot a lot from downtown. My numbers say Creighton should be favored. So....
