Cats are in Indianapolis to take on Butler at noon eastern. Line is Nova-11.5/130.5.
Creighton did the Cats a favor by looking ahead to their matchup with VILLANOVA on Wednesday and losing to Xavier. No doubt the coaches will warn them about what happens when you look ahead.
The last time they played Butler, the Bulldogs were coming off a 21 day pause and missing 4 players. Ignore that game. Most recently Butler upset a strong Seton Hall team. They are led by their guard tandem of Bolden and Harris. Shut them down and you should win rather easily but that?s not a walk in the park. On the Nova side, they found their 3 ball stroke last out and Butler is terrible at defending the 3. Additionally, the Cats are very focused on defense.
What will happen. I think the Wildcats will be 100% into this game. They should have a good inside outside game as Robinson-Earl is a tough matchup for Butler. And, they should put it away comfortably late.
