Good Morning, BoyZ ... did I ever mention how much I hate Saturday .. got crushed
on Saturday, and even to the very last game, things just seem to go the wrong way,
as I had OVER 5' in the late game [LAK/EDM], and they get five goals in the first two
periods with Edmonton leading 3-2, so all I need is the one goal in the third period to
cash my straight and a 3-teamer for some nice mitigation, but it just wouldn't happen
even with a breakaway to the empty-net and somehow misses the open shot hitting it
off the pipe .. oh well, 'nuff venting .. lost my second POD of the week 2uClmbB.J.'s,
but I did cash 2uOV5'sj, 1uColAVALANCHE, 2uS.J.-PL(+175), 2uWASH-PL(+165),
2u(1P)OV1'sj, 2u(1P)OV1'Lak, 2uHOMEGOALS-2', 1u(TT)OV3'sj(+115), 1u(TT)OV3'fla,
2u(TT)OV3'tor with a Push on UND6nyr, but - 24.3 units Saturday on posted plays and
now am - 20.9u for the week, and obviously need a big Sunday .. here is what I played
tonight for Sunday and back in the morning with my POD and more .. Salami in pucks
is projected to 29.6 goals & Hometeams by 7/10ths (0.7) of a goal over Roadteams.

Going with a moneyline parlay (-126) between NovaWildcats & DallasStars for my POD.
As weak as Dallas has been lately, I hesitate using them, but with seven games left,
they need this win to get back on track, and the Canucks have been awful and are
(5-16) last 21 meetings with the Stars and Vanc is just (1-7) L8 visits to Dallas, plus
Dallas is (13-7-0) vs. Pacific Division teams and (24-11) @ Home TY vs. a Canucks'
team that is just (1-5) L6 Road games vs. a team with a Home win % above .600.

Nova Report

Villanova vs Texas Tech at 2:20 pm in the Boston Garden. The Cats are -6 / 144.5. It?s the high octane offense of Nova vs another defensive minded team. The Red Raiders like to keep their opponents in the 60?s and do so with switching defenses by quick athletes. They are nowhere near the in your face style of WVU. Offensively, they had quite a few games like they did vs. Purdue. They?ll go on a 10-0 run after not scoring for 3 Minutes. Senior Guard Keenan Evans averages 17.7 per game and he?ll be their go to guy today. Zhaire Smith is their deep threat shooting 45% from downtown. These guys have never gone this far in the Tournament. So, no experience and, most importantly, no Sister Jean.

For Villanova, they were beaten up physically by those muggers from West Virginia. It was brutal. I was screaming at the refs to call in the Cops and have #13 Teddy Allen arrested. He was simply assaulting the Nova players. The Refs finally started calling fouls on him but not until the end of the game. Will the Cats mend their bruises and be resilient?

As Jalen Brunson said, ?we don?t care who we play, where we play, what time we play. We play every game like it?s our last.?. Translated: Brunson wants this title badly and Nova will play Nova basketball and make their opponents adjust.

Nova WILL win this game. I think Texas Tech will stay close just like WVU did but eventually Villanova will put them away and cover the 6.5. I had quite a few texts in the second half of the WVU game cursing me because of my advice to take Nova-5. Of course, they all were nice enough to send congratulatory texts AFTER the game.

Nova -6.5. GO WILDCATS!
