Early Morning Rise and Shine POD:

It's Quail Hollow week and the field is loaded with top players. Should be a great fackin tournament. Looking at what the players have done in this event in the past, Fat Phil is the clear favorite in my opinion. He's 2nd to Rory and about even with Tiger on odds to win. Probably gonna put a peanut on him to win it, but that's neither here nor there. Stats for this course:

Tournaments played: 5
Cuts made: 5
Top 10s: 4
Top 3: 2
Average: 6

The guy knows this course. And apart from that blow up on the par 3 in Augusta, he's been playing well lately.

Lee westwood has entered the tournament twice and averaged 50th in those two tries.

Going to go with big titty phil to do what he does on this course. Averaging just under a 70. Have a feeling he goes out with a solid round under par tomorrow

Phil Mickelson +105 over Lee Westwood

Is that for ROUND 1 TL?

I was going to tail you, but I have that matchup for the WHOLE TOURNEY (odds a little different), but for ROUND 1, I have those two facing different opponent matchups.

Wierd .. Westwood is favored over Mickelson in the matchup, yet to win the tournament, Mickelson is +900 and Westwood +1000.

Not a good debut with the Rangers losing B2B for the first time in a looooooooong time.

I REALLY want to take the Cards as my POD but, they are a hair over the cutoff @ -152.... so I'm taking my fellow BC boy and his Cubbies @ +138 for a nice juicy payday. Dempster must go.

Yea it's a Round 1 matchup. That's weird they would have them matched up for the tourney but not R1 at your book.

Where Legend, this morning?

TB RAYS are (11-1) at home TY, and they are hot-hot-hot, going for the SWEEEEEEEEP over the Mariners and their ninth straight home win. They have also won eight straight games overall and 11 of their L12 @ Tropicana Field TY. The Mariners have now lost five games in a row and have lost six straight @ TB. JEFF NIEMANN (1-3; 3.86) is (4-0) w/ 2.87 ERA vs SEA & Kevin Millwood (0-2; 5.24) is (3-3) w/ 5.03 ERA in eight starts vs TB. Buyer beware though .. Longoria is OUT and B.J. Upton may be too, as he left yesterday's game with tightness in his right quad.

PLAYS ( MLB ):

1H CUBS + 125 *
MIAMI - 113 **
1H AZ - 112 **
pod> 1H TB - 1/2 (-130) **
OV 9 nyy (-120) **
triple> nyy / OV 9 nyy / Laa --> 1.1*/ 5.0*
quad> tb / nyy / az / Laa --> 1.0*/ 7.8*

=============================

POD ( MLB ):

(1H) TB - 1/2 (-130) ( Millwood / Niemann )

=============================

2 UNIT PLAY

BOUNCEBACK, BOYZ !!!!!!

IAN KENNEDY is (9-0) since LY. He was (6-0) in his final seven starts LY and is (3-0) TY. He is (2-0) in his L3 starts vs Washington, allowing just 3 runs in his L21 IP against the Nats. In his last meeting w/ Washington, he pitched seven innings of six hit ball in a 2-0 road win in August. AZ is (8-2) in their L10 games that Tschida was the HP UMP, and the Nats are (2-7) in the L9 games that Tschida was HP UMP.

Phil and Lee tie with matching 71s. Phil was looking solid as hell at -3 through 12 holes and then hits a drive Out of Bounds, retees, dicks around, ends up with a triple bogey. Shoulda woulda coulda.

Oh well. Push > Loss

not an official POD or anything, as that time has come and gone for today, but Rory -130 is a good bet over Tiger today. Starts pretty soon. Rory always comes out of the gates pretty fast. Tiger normally does his going low on saturdays and sundays when he charges that leaderboard

Legend is looking for a SWEEEEEEEEEEEP, today. We can get the Pseudo-Sweeeeep even with the Pusharooney .. Push is definitely betta than a loss, TL .. ya had the PHIL part right (PHILlies), who scored a VERY NICE plus money WIN for BIG KAHUNA .. CANUCKFAN has dem Cubbies, who Hammer hates, out in front 3-0 in the seventh. They already cashed the FIRST FIVE for moi, and TB is out in front 4-2 in the fourth, so everything looking pretty good so far ... so far. : )

MARMOL : (

Woulda yanked him right after he walked the first two batters .. he was not even close to the plate. He does however get the third batter to bounce to third for the easy DP .. but, wait .. ERROR .. then a single and another walk .. finally, they yank him after giving-up two runs and leaving the bases loaded with no outs .. nice work for a closer. : (
