POD BoyZ Play of Day Thursday October 3

Good Morning, BoyZ .. looks like I am on the graveyard shift again ... fell asleep watching the games again : ( Rays took care of business hitting my third straight POD, but the Ducks were on quack, last night .. cashed the Over in the the Ducks' fiasco, but - 2.3 units Wednesday on posted plays and am still up + 7.7 u for the week ... actually up +17.9 u, so I am going to gamble a bit on Thursday .. want to go with StL Cardinals for my POD, but they are -160 on my site right now, so I am going to take a chance on the OVER in that one at 6' (-125) .. Pirates have added some heavy lumber to their lineup and StL seems to see A.J. pretty well .. suppose to be a warm evening 81-85 degrees with wind out to left 10 mph & always chance of thunderstorms there ... parlayed StL Cards with some pucks, but calling a POD would involve two things to happen which is always risky .. using the Dallas Stars who are (11-0-3) in their L14 Home openers, and of course I couldn't resist hooking-up StL in bases & pucks as well; Blues won 5 of L6 meetngs with the Predators ... looking for some Overs in pucks, but everything looks low-scoring to me, especially in the Blues, Wild, & Stars games .. have a lot of leans but not nuff to pull the trigger .. did use the Sharks, although they haven't added much in the offseason, but they have won the L7 meetings with Canucks .. threw in a 5-team 7-pt teaser in fb .. what da hey .. L4 meetings in bases with STL & PITT .. STL 7-2, 12-8, 5-0, 9-2, and OVER (4-1) in the L5 meetings .. OVER (7-2) Burnett's L9 Road games ... OVER (4-0) Burnett's L4 Road starts vs StL .. OVER (12-1-4) Wainwright's L17 starts vs Pitt .. OVER (16-4-2) L22 meetings in StL .. STL (17-5) L22 meetings, overall ... STL (7-3) Wainwright's L10 vs Pirates ... STL (4-1) Wainwright's L5 Home starts vs Pitt .. Burnett allowed

On Monday, I took the road less traveled (Miami and Under)...and found out why it was less traveled: 0-2.
Tonight, it's the rejuvenated Browns with their native son Brian Hoyer at QB vs. an improving Bills team with promising rookie QB, EJ Manuel.
The Dog Pound will be blood thirsty tonight and should help create a few Bills' turnovers. Wouldn't be surprised if we see a lot of fg's this evening. Wish the Browns were-3 instead of -4. However, taking Cleve-4 and Under 41 tonight as I trust their D and like Hoyer over Manuel.
In the college ranks, should have posted earlier as it looks like the public and I are going the same way.

Utah+6.5 over UCLA....The Great Salt Lake will be quaking tonight! This is a tough place to play. The Bruins will have to throw everything plus the kitchen sink to pull this one out. They may not!
UL Monroe+8 over W.KY...a little shaky on this one, but do not trust the Hilltoppers outside of their home state.
Iowa St+7.5 over Texas...Thursday night in Ames, Iowa. If you've been there, you know there will not be much going on except this game. Fans will be rabid; Cyclones finally starting to get their offense going. Texas? Does it matter who the QB is?
So , there you have it. Looking for Thursday nite home dogs except in the NFL.
