The 14th ranked VILLANOVA Wildcats are on campus to take on the vastly improved Blue Demons of De Paul. They are 12-4 and have beaten the likes of Iowa, Minnesota and Texas Tech. They are the doormat of the Big East no more. They boast 4 players in double figures: Moore 15.8, Reed 15.4, Coleman-Lands 11.4 and Butz 11.0. They are quick, athletic and can rebound. The line is -9.5/143.
On the flip side, Villanova has won 18 straight against De Paul. Nova Nation knows in recent years they have not been easy wins. In fact, about 75% of the Nova basketball junkies believe De Paul will cover tonight.
For the ?Cats, Saddiq Bey is coming off a 8-10 3 point career day vs. Georgetown. Expect him to come down to earth tonight. There are no clear match up advantages for either team. Nova will just have to play 40 minutes of hard nosed defense to win this one.
