Nova faces their second straight Big East game in a hostile environment. This time they are in Omaha to do battle with the Creighton BlueJays at 9:00 pm eastern. Creighton is -3/147.
Both clubs are coming off of road losses where they shot poorly. In Creighton?s case, turnovers hurt too. Had Creighton beaten Butler last out, I would be all over Nova. Unfortunately, it looks like another loss.
The BlueJays have the best three guard group in the country with Tyshon Alexander, Marcus Zegarowski and Mitch Ballock. Nova will need to play defense as they did in the second half of the Marquette game to stay in this one. They do have a size advantage over Creighton whose tallest starter is 6?7?. The Cats CAN win this one IF they can make a few open shots that they?ve missed in the last three games.
Creighton will try to get Nova to hoist threes and hope their shooting woes continue. Nova will try to drive inside where they have a decided height advantage. Hopefully, Nova?s Jermaine Samuels will be back. He banged his head vs. Marquette.
With the Wildcats, seeing is believing regarding shooting. The Arena will be beyond loud. The young Cats will struggle. Creighton-3 is the play.

Nice easy win today. Just for a little insite, I do play most these games as individual picks as well just trying to post what I think is my best POD. Totals in soccer sometimes can be unpredictable so I will choose an over 2 and take a push instead of over 2.5 and a loss anyday of the week. That is why I usually post 2 team parlays for my POD to give me a little wiggle room on the game and total. Seems to be working.
