POD BOYZ Play of Day TUESDAY May 27

Good Morning, BoyZ .. and, the beat goes on, as my nemesis K-Rod got me again with my POD MILW
leading 6-4 with two outs and no one on in the ninth inning, and I'll be darned if he didn't allow them to
tie it and beat me in extras .. just been a nightmare, lately .. and, I had the Braves ahead 6-1 in the fourth inning, and they do not score again for the rest of the game and lose it, too .. can't win for losin' ..
I thought I was going to have a big night and hit both 3-teamers, but it all went south - 5.8 units Monday
on posted plays .. to top it off, I was leaning LAKings & Over too but decided to not play it .. leaning NYR
and Under tonight and not playing it either, and I kinda liked a lot on bases tonight but managed to talk myself off of most of them .. when it is gong bad, it is hard to have confidence, and luck is a rare commodity, right now .. was between TEX & LAA for my POD .. Weaver has rounded himself into form, and he is a tough customer when he is ON, but the Angels seem to have trouble with the M'S, so I am going with the TEXAS RANGERS -145 for my POD .. Phil Hughes has been outstanding TY, but TEXAS has been hitting the ball so well and are (4-1) on this current Road Trip and are (6-2) in their L8 visits to Minnesota & have YU DARVISH (4-2;2.35) on the mound .. he is so good and hard to pass up at the small price, & the RANGERS are (10-2) in Darvish's L12 starts ... GOOD LUCK TUESDAY, BOYZ !!!

Why the parlay again Teddy?
Tor only -110 and KC -130; either one of those qualifies,
and you only have to win one. Hard nuff to hit one nowadays,

MINNEAPOLIS -- The Rangers are waiting for the results of a Tuesday afternoon MRI to see if pitcher Yu Darvish can avoid going on the disabled list because of neck stiffness.
Darvish woke up with neck stiffness and was scratched from his start against the Twins on Tuesday night at Target Field. The Rangers said that right-hander Scott Baker, who pitched Friday against the Tigers, will start in Darvish's place.
Darvish began the season on the disabled list because of stiffness in his neck.
"He said it's not as bad as Spring Training," general manager Jon Daniels said. "We're playing it on the safe side for a variety of reasons. It's the second time he's had it and with all the injuries we've had, we're playing it cautious."
Baker was supposed to be in the bullpen as the long reliever, but the Rangers are not going to make a roster move. They will have to make one on Wednesday because they are planning to activate Joe Saunders off the disabled list to start against the Twins.
At that point, the Rangers will have to make a call on Darvish or go shorthanded in another area.
"We'll see what the MRI says before we take the next step," Daniels said. "If it is good news, maybe he'll just skip a start, slide him back and get him ready to go. If not, we'll address whatever comes up."
Darvish is 4-2 with a 2.35 ERA in nine starts. He is fourth in the American League in ERA and seventh with 71 strikeouts. Opponents are hitting .215 off Darvish, the sixth-lowest average in the league.
