Line is Nova-5/147
Less than 3 weeks ago Creighton stomped on VILLANOVA giving them their worst loss of the season. The Cats gave up the most points of the season (86), Creighton shot 59% and Nova couldn?t stop Marcus Zegarowski.
Since then, both clubs lost their last games on the road. For Nova, they shot 2-27 from 3 vs. Butler. Not only the worst shooting performance of the season but in the 20 years that Jay Wright has coached the Cats.
Tonight, it?s not just a revenge game. First place in the Big East is on the line, seeding in the NCAA tournament is on the line AND it?s Senior Night for Colin Gillespie and Jermaine Samuels.
There is no doubt that every Wildcat has shot 1000?s of 3?s at practice since Sunday. I think Creighton is running into a bunch of savage Wildcats tonight. Nova is undefeated at home this year and rarely loses two in a row.
Feeling very strongly about Nova-5.
