Detroit Tigers -109

The Tigers mash Baker. In five starts last season, Baker limped away with a 6.23 ERA and a 1.62 WHIP. And in two starts at Comerica Park, he had a 5.79 ERA and 1.82 WHIP with a .341 opponent batting average. The best part is he's coming off his worst start of the season versus the Cleveland Indians, which also is the worst offense in the AL...

Goodluck dudes

Thanks guys..btw I am a big hunter s thompson fan

that fat kid makes me laugh ... lol :mj07:

Houston -166

Really cant believe that my boy Oswalt is 23-1 against the Reds...are you serious? This almost makes me scared to bet on him now...hes got to lose to them sometime right? Law of averages?
F it though he is an ace and a gamer and someone I am proud to put my money behind. Plus Bronson Arroyo gave up 8 hits and 8 runs in 3 innings in his last start vs the padres...what Pads won a few games and you think they are the truth? There offense still ranks 22 out of 30 teams in the MLB.

Texas -124

Gavin Floyd has a 9.23 era vs Texas...and in his past two starts he gave up 5 runs to seattle and 7 runs to cleveland, two of the worst offenses in the AL.... scratch that...in MLB.
Now he has to pitch in the hitter freindly ballpark in Arlington... Good luck Gavin.

Minnesota -137

Number 1...Carl Pavano is 4-1 with a 3.00 ERA lifetime against the Detroit Tigers... he has been a big surprise to "experts" this year but honestly I always saw his potential and am not surprised one bit at his recent success.

Number 2...I'm hoping someone reminds Dontrelle Willis how he has pitched vs the Twins'. Guy has a 7.94 ERA vs them.

Good Luck as always

not touching any early games big but will put some action on them...not really feeling todays card to much....looks like a lot of dogs could win today.

White sox +137

John Danks has looked good so far in 2010, but has a big ERA against the Yankees so not in love with that pick...

cubs +115

haren has a 5.84 era vs cubs and usually struggles against them...silva is pitching great this year but has showed he can be really bad in the past so still dont know if he is getting by with smoke and mirrors or he has really turned stuff around.

love braves to make it two in a row but they are expensive as hell..

Tim Hudson is undefeated against the Houston Astros, with a 1.16 ERA. Wandy Rodriguez had his start pushed back because of back issues and who knows if that will flare up again today

Chris Volstad has a 6.48 ERA against the Washington Nationals, while Craig Stammen has allowed eight runs in seven innings pitched over two starts against the Florida Marlins love that game to go over 9.5

nice little 28-10 run goin in this thread might as well keep the ball rolling

putting a little spare change on the phillies to score over 4 runs tonite....Johan has a great history vs the phils but he is getting by on smoke and mirrors so far this year and I think he gets lit up tonite. :box2:
