Really liking Utah in this game by 8.5. Their D is 14th in the nation overall, 38th against the rush and 16th against the pass. I know Navy has the best rushing attack in the nation but who have they beat this year that has a good D? Wake Forest is 17th against the rush and they got stomped on. Air Force is 36th and again got beat pretty handily. Also they are the worst pass team in the nation.

Agree, Utah is solid and has faced an option attack in Air Force so they are not unfamiliar. Utah can play with the big boys as you saw in their thrashings of UCLA and Louisville. They will find a way to get motivated here as that has been the problem for most of Navy's opponents in these bowl games over the years. Navy is also breaking in a new coach and that is usually not helpful.

While they don't have the greatest passing game, when you run for 350 yds a game you don't really need to throw the ball that much, hence the low ranking. I do agree with you that I think Utah will get the cover though.
