byu (-3) 2 units. it's difficult to lay points with byu, because you can't expect them to score much. but they played a pretty tough schedule this year, and i think it pays off tonight. hell, they went on the road at notre dame, didn't play particularly well, and only lost by 3.
san diego st really relies on the run. they are 15th in the country, rushing for 229 yards/game. however, byu only gives up 84 yards/game and 2.71 yds/carry. both numbers are second in the country. if they can force dingwell (yes, dingwell) to throw a lot, that's a big advantage for byu. dingwell took over at qb for sd st after katz broke his ankle in late october.

one other thing - byu has been very good in bowl games. they've won 3 straight and 5 of their last 6.

strong lean to the under here, but it seems too easy. i may stay off the total.

I agree with your analysis with Byu
Virtual home game for Aztecs and underdog against team inferior on paper
Also for some reason I think this may go over
Line pounded down from 48.5 to 46 in some spots and still looks high for these two teams
I have a feeling the over will be a nice winner for the books
Good luck with your plays!

what a brutally ugly first half for byu. i knew they were offensively challenged, but they look awful against a mediocre defense. and they are practically getting gashed up the middle on defense.

sometimes the easy play (under) is the right play.

well, if gambling was easy, everybody would do it.

Nice call on the cougars
Yea we missed an opportunity with the under
But I think more often than not, if it seems to easy it usually is.
Anyway congrats on BYU

thank you, sir. once sd st started throwing the ball, byu's defense just dominated that game. i'd like to thank the aztecs' offensive coordinator for not sticking with the run.
