Just don't get it...its like you turn a fuking switch and the game completely changes..my first real yr betting Baskets..so haven't really paid attention but seeing this alot...where teams all of a sudden just stop scoring...ya I had Portland:facepalm:
God this year in baskets is just abusing me. Last night before bed, I made 2 wagers.
1st wager.....(2nd half) Washington Huskies -3.5
2nd wager....(2nd half) LA Clippers -4.5
I watched the first few minutes of the 2nd half before falling asleep and figured, at best I'd be splitting. The Huskies looked like they were going to blow the SunDevils out of the water and win going away.....since Ariz St looksed absolutely awful. Meanwhile, Los Angeles came out looking beyond disinterested, Chris Paul sucked total ass, and Portland started out the 2nd half on a run to extend their lead to near 20 points. 1-1 or 0-2 was definitely in my future.
So I wake up this morning and the first score i check is Washington-Ariz St. And wouldnt you know it, Washington is retarded. They only win the game by 8......not the required 22 :142smilie So I mutter some cuss words under my breath and reluctantly hit the button that'll show me the nba scores, just so I can confirm that I went 0-2. You can imagine my total amazement when I see the checkmark besdie the LAC as having won the game outright. I didnt think there was any way in hell they would lose by 6 or less after what i saw. But they won???
Moral......WTF do I know these days?
