Possible Hedge Question For Everyone!

Obviously,as long as the White Sox hold on to their lead of 12-2 in the 8th inning.

What should I do? The Yankees are -210 at +1.5 runs. I have about an hr to decide...Should I let it ride or hedge for a little...

Any input greatly appreciated...

you can get -185 at pinnacle right now.

3700 yanks +1.5 pays 2k play that:

yanks win game you win 1700 the r.l -300 original bet

angels win by 1 you win 1700 the r.l -300 original bet

angels win by 2 or more you win 6527 original parlay -3700

you are in a good spot. again, depends how important the money is to you. i don't hedge for bets under 1k personally, but why not lock up something.

Seeing as you have to lay 2 to 1 to hedge, you don't have much value leeway. I might lay $2k to profit at worst $700 for the day. But either way, you aren't going to feel good about losing $10k if the Angels go down.

I have the Angels on the moneyline in a parlay with St. Louis & Chicago to win $2k....I am not hedging. I look for them to be as flat as Boston after the big weekend series and flying out to the West Coast.

While 10 grand doesn't come by often if his original wins he still gets $6500 and NO worst case senario with $1700.. (just using the number Blue provided)

everyone has different philosophies. ASK YOURSELF WHAT THE MONEY MEANS TO YOU.

the most important question to ask yourself is are you gonna be mad if you don't hedge?

hindsight is 20/20. and if you can just blow it off as another loss then its really no big deal. sure 10k isn't that big of a deal, but its still a decent chunk of change. but are you gonna feel worse if you get nothing? answer those questions.

i got no problem with what ray is saying. everyone has different ways of going about things. if you want to lock up money do what i said. if not then gamble, and hope you hit.

Haven't decided at this point, but I am feeling kind of lucky. I went to KC with my employees and we (eagles came back and won) awesome game. We went to Harrahs that night in KC and I won 4000 playing black jack...should I let it ride?
