This attack is not going to attack PC's, BUT if the PC is already infected by mydoom virus then it will be used to launch the attack.
F-Secure has developed a special disinfection tool for this worm for the general public. The tool will detect and remove an active Mydoom infection from the computer.
It might be a good idea to go here and download this and run it. It will seek out mydoom and destroy it if it is on your computer.
