Power Ratings given by ESPN and Sportsline are useless since there's no numbers to go w/their rankings. They can't justify their ratings. Here are mine thru week 4:

2. Philadelphia 97
3. Tampa Bay 96
4. Miami 95
New England 95
6. San Diego 94.5
7. Denver 93.5
San Fran 93.5
9. New Orleans 92.5
10. Green Bay 92
Pittsburgh 92
12. Indianapolis 91.5
13. Kansas City 91
14. Atlanta 90
Chicago 90
Cleveland 90
Jacksonville 90
St. Louis 90
19. Buffalo 89.5
20. Carolina 89
Seattle 89
22. Tennessee 88.5
Arizona 88.5
24. NY Giants 88
25. Washington 87.5
Baltimore 86
27. Dallas 85.5
28. NY Jets 84.5

By most Power Rating calculations, you don't drop (or rise) a team any more than 2 pts per week. The biggest determiner is the difference between the expected results and the actual (how a team does relative to the spread). StL started the season as the number 1 ranked team on every rating system I've seen. Its possible they could fall further, esp w/out Warner. And don't forget, two of their losses were to top rated teams, and on the road.

As for your Bills, they definitely are improved but they certainly aren't bullet proof. They lost to one terrible team and needed overtime to beat another terrible team. The only reason they backdoored at Denver was a botched snap by the Broncos punting team; that game wasn't as close as the score indicated. They looked decent against the Bears this week but the Bear's D is very depleted with 4 starters out with injuries. The Bills offense looks great but the D and special teams still have lots of questions.

If I was booking a game between the Rams and Bills at a neutral site, I'd make it a pick.

The bills lost to the jets because of turnovers and special teams, the bills outplayed the jets. The Denver game got out of their grasp thanks to another fumble by henry, that set the tone early in the game. The same thing happened in the bears game, which helped to make it a close contest. Granted, these are some of the components that make a team good or bad, but they are also things that can be, and are improving. Bills D has been getting better, and special teams is fine now, placing Cory Wire on the unit has helped, he reminds me of tasker. Look for the Bills/Raiders game to be a shootout, I will likely not touch it.
