I guess my concern was "legally" withrawing millions of dollars from a sportsbook. Neteller or not, that would raise some red flags.
But, you make it sound more on the up and up to get the cash above the board.
What they do (with the one i'm buying online, they're having Lloyd insurance by the way...)) is bank transfer if you win the big one or send you a certified check! To find online lottery just check google, there is plenty!

on the back of the pick your own ticket, it lists the odds of 0:1 (meaning matching powerball only and winning $3) as 1:68
ummm....when there are only 42 powerball numbers, how can the odds be greater that 1:42??

I know the exact U-Stop gas station where that ticket was sold, when I was in college 10 yrs ago I used to pick up beer and cigs at it all the time and my apartment was across the street.
