On the advice of counsel, I must change one small rule in the PPPP(3).
Each and every player who is in the contest must post each and every week.
NO MULLIGANS ALLOWED!!!
Anybody that saw the original "1 mulligan rule" has had ample time to play.
On the other hand, I mentioned that the picks thread would be up by wednesday of the prior week.
I update that to say that the thread will be up on the tuesday morning of the prior week, at the latest. Probably the monday night before.
Once again, you must play EVERY WEEK.
If you don't like this rule update, then you can either write your congressman or blow me. Or both!!
