Somebody help me here because every time i hear McCain say this i think he is losing his mind. What leader in their right mind iis gonna wanna sit down and talk but first there will be preconditions set in order for the meeting to take place? This has to be the most ridiculous thing i ever heard. This tough guy mentality makes us look like a nation of jackasses.
