Some (or a lot) of the predicted scores will look pretty far off?but in the majority of the cases I think it can be because of a significant difference in schedule strength. The first two games listed are good examples?especially the Buffalo-Boston College game?probably 3 to 4 touchdowns off?...Oh well, here goes.

Picks

Navy +13
Duke +9
Kansas St -4
Penn St -3
Mississippi St +1 and Over 47
Akron +5
Wyoming +6 and Under 38 1/2

Can Navy break the nation's longest losing streak to one opponent...I've seen them come close several times...think they've got a good shot.

Duke/Vandy...2 sister academic institutions...if one of them is laying more than a touchdown...I'm on the other one.

Think Mississippi St is due for an explosion and this one could be a 'track meet.'...the Bullys get their first SEC win of the year?

Wyoming...Best Bet...see a straight up win here and both teams play Defense.

I know Mac...I cringed when the 21 popped up on the speadsheet...Minny has gone down hill in a hurry and Ohio St is one of those teams where their stats don't justify how good they really are.

I don't like your Navy selection since they're starting a brand new QB this week. Even though he's had two weeks to prepare I don't think they can score more than 17pts and the Irish will get at least 31.....just my thoughts.

D Two...had to laugh, you may be right about your comment on State...I was startled when the 47 came up but I do think Ky's defense is 'made to order' for an offense to get well and State did play well at Georgia last week but the dawgs probably had one eye on Florida already...this is more of a 'feel' call. I feel stronger about the over than the side.

BabyJack...was not aware about the Navy QB...thanx...don't feel so good anymore about it.

Good to hear from you Joe De...thanx for the info...trust me, I don't like the 'feel' I have on this one (as I'm a Ky fan)...State has the better defensive team with a QB that can scramble...and I like both of that...Good hearing from everyone.
