Preseason Under Theory Plays

Ok my theory is that teams that face each other in the regular season play close to the vest so the play is to take the under, a new theory I am trying out.

Won't get a chance to post this weekend so here they are:
Wash/Car under 39 1 unit
Dallas/Ariz under 32 1 unit
Philly/NO under 35.5 1 unit

Preseason record 4-0 +12.3 units
Under theory 1-0 +1 unit

under theory 3-0 +3 units
