Not that great of a card to say the least, there are opportunities though -

Hofstra +12 1/2 (Love the hook here, both teams really suck, Hof is 1-13 SU on the road, not a tough travel spot, Drexel ATS and at home laying DD, is atrocious, taking the dog for a walk)

Notre Dame +10 (Pitt and ND both off rd losses of double figures, both evenly matched, both coaches good x and o's guys, but the rest will come down to who has the ball last in this TV SPOT game, another taking the dog for a walk)

Georgia St -1 1/2 (keeping the hook here, Bill & Mary plays well at home but against who? Ga St isn't going anywhere, so they are playing for pride and not a bad conference record, better overall athletic talent for Ga St, won at home by 16 when they were up by 27 at one pt, they should win by 4 here)

Villanova -10 1/2 (If Carter was playing for RU, I'd take the dd, but Nova at home and who've they've beaten, they need to get up for this game, even though it's basically a cross river rivalry, Nova way too many weapons and Archi should have a career night along with the big men up front, I have Cats winning by 12-15 pts)

Fairfield -2 (Stags 4-1 L5 games and Iona has lost it's glitter from earlier in the year, Gaels are 4-10 after a conf loss and Stags revenge spot here, gotta take the small home favorite and hope they don't screw up like Ill St did last night)

Over 132 Norfolk St/Hampton (20 minute trip for NSU who went to the dance last yr and are aiming for it again vs a club that's 5-4 at home this year? Wow!!, Bobby Dandridge's alma matter should win this one straight up by 8)

Norfolk St -1 1/2

Lehigh -1 1/2 (Love the line movement down from -2 1/2, both teams 8-2 in conference, not a far travel spot for either team and if you have watched Lehigh on TV at anytime, their lil gym is a madhouse, moreso than Cameron indoor for Duke, Lehigh won away by 3 last time vs Bucknell and they should win by 3 or more here)

Under 131 Bucknell/Lehigh

That's all!!

GLE!

Yeah, I think both are gassed to be honest, IE. Brey on TV games as DD dog 11-0, Dixon on TV games giving DD, 1-13 ATS, ave margin 6 pts. Big East officiating tonight also, watch this one, sorta like the phantom moving foul in the Ill St/Wich St game last night, small chest bump with defender moving to the layup side, same thing happened in Miami/Clemson game, offensive charges are ridiculous and this will happen again tonight. But with my luck, the Irish show their ass again, but we'll see.

GL!!

Thanks Hud & Hawk!!

I don't love this card, going back to last 10 President's Day plays, 75% totals were under, except there were some day/early games and 75% dogs covered or won outright!

Early line moves don't always dictate the public, which is a misnomer as well. I fell into that trap in mid January and looking deeper now, thanks to you guys posting and a couple other cappers giving lil hints of how they have been successful and consistent.

We all won't win everyday, but it sure as heck beats losing!!

A lil info on Stags/Gael matchup or Iona vs Fairfield for those who don't know their mascot names, Since AJ English got hurt for the Gaels, Iona is 1-4 and lost at home to Marist by 1, 105-104, a team they should have dominated, Gaels also last 3 years in Feb games are covering 33% of the time, Stags their last 5 they have improved and have some inspiration with a couple of players effected and carrying on the motivation of the children shot in the elemen school in Conn recently. This is just a gut level play for me with the trends and numbers favoring Stags to win by more than 2 or 3 in this one - especially at the FT line.

4-4-1, all depends on your lines for Fairfield game as they won by 2, some lines showed -3 and -2 1/2.

-2 units on the day, I'll take the hit and come back on Tuesday!

Later!
