On the course!
I feel as dumb as shit!

A lot of times my printer is wasting time and color, printing shit I don't need in color.

I remember setting the printer to print in just b/w, but now, I want a color print, and CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO RE-SET IT!!!!!

WTF is up?

quickest way I have found is:

start
settings
control panel
highlight your printer
right click
click properties
and look for options

should become apparent from there
or

right click on your printer icon on the lower right part of your screen, click properties and look for the options and set what you want as "default"
Good luck

I do all this, but at the option page, it only has paper size.

I ran a test page, and under color support, it reads no.

Or when you press print and the print box comes up that asks for number of pages/copies etc, there should be a properties button and should bring you to the option for BW.

When you are looking around in the printer properties, look for a "grayscale" checkbox and uncheck it.

If all else fails, you could remove the printer software and reinstall...Just a thought. Keep me posted.

Best of luck

Or you could just pick it up and break it!

I know that's what I want to do every now and again.

Maybe that's too harsh, you could always call your helpdesk support.
