Problem with BetaGame....

I have deposited several thousand dollars without a single cashout over the years based on MJ recco

The last deposit made was last year and I lost the entire $300, thereby meeting the rollover requirements

I logged into my account a few weeks ago and found a $25 freeplay that I turned into $280....asked for a cashout and they refuse citing the previous rollover.


There is NOTHING in the rules that state freeplay winning must meet a rollover.


I ALREADY met the rollover for the previous deposit so why wont they pay me?

Sounds like you’ve been getting the runaround, and a surprise free play doesn’t make up for missing cashouts. I’d keep screenshots of everything and push their support for a clear timeline on payment, not just vague promises. I’ve had way smoother experiences on other platforms I use, like mega888, where payouts and support don’t make me sweat. If BetaGame keeps dodging, you might need to escalate through MJ or cut ties for good.
