I don't know if you have ever watched the show but they make fun of "Yuppies" and People without beards. They give the impression that they have had beards since they could grow hair.
they always grew beards for duck season and shaved them off after the season was over, then they decided to stop shaving them for their tv show on the hunting channel and now A&E requires them to have them a certain length according to their contract.

Bp did you not know all reality shows are dramatized? I watched one show and realized most of it was made for Tv. I don't watch the show myself but several people in my family love it along with millions more. They did not have beards once? Really? LOL. They are popular because they emanate good family values that are Christian based and make people laugh and feel good. That's what they tell me anyway.

Oh without a doubt, but I don't believe these guys are as big of red necks as portrayed. I think Phil and Cie are but the kids, no way. More power to the guys, I like Cie, Jase, and Willie but Phil Robertson, not the biggest fan, it was even before the crap last week. Some of the things he says are just plain irritating. I just wanted to ruffle Hedgey a little bit.
I think hedge likes the show because they knock off from work so much and go pick up new 4 wheelers
I watched 3 of the shows to get the gist.
Last one was where they were going to buy the 16 yr old a truck at the junkyard.

it seems like the standard drama TV reality show.
the guy has 400 million from his duck calls. I dont think he gives two shits about what A&E will do
to him or the show.
as far as watching anymore it seems a big waste of time.
