Prop question

The Greek has the following prop:

Total FGs missed
over 1 +380
under 1 -500

My question is if exactly 1 FG is missed, is this a push or a loss? The wording of the prop doesnt say but if it's a push, over sure is tempting.

Get the name of the service rep. and a confirmation in some form.

I would take a hard look at the weather forcast for Miami..
