Property appraisal question???

just wondering if anyone knew how much they make per year. i was just offerred a job and wasnt sure what the average salary or base salary is. I live in south florida where the market has hit a stand still. thanks guys

out here i've seen 350 per house as an average. so its up to you how many you can book a day. once you get rockin it takes about an hour to complete an appraisal.
its a great gig if you can get enough houses to do.

between 350 & 400 here

until you do about 600 appraisals and get certified you will be lucky to get 50 percent of the fee. be sure to go to work with someone who can feed you business until you get certified. one problem lately is that alot of lenders only require a desktop appraisal which is about 150.00. good luck
