I am more suprised by the UCONN Huskies seeding...how do they get a #2 and Syracuse #4 after they were just blown out on a neutral court...also how does Louisville get a #4 seed- they deserved a 2 or 3 at worst

i'm totally shocked that they didn't find a way to make Wake a # 1 team also.

Why dodn't they just have another ACC TOURNEY for the College championship and just skip the other teams!!

i love college basketball..but i am not betting any game this march madness....tooo much phucking politics. After what i saw today with DUKE getting Ushered in. Doesn't that ACC Conference have any shame?

well maybe St. Mary's.

what was the score if it wasn't that close?

The game was a 20 point margin almost throughout. UConn closed the gap in the final minutes, but it was never in doubt.

Mr Bubbles........

The other 2 Cuse CT games are the games that were not close...
Cuse went out real fast and CT closed..fact is ..if Villanueva doesnt miss 4 free throws in the last minute it would have been even closer...That said...it was a nice W for 'Cuse".....they are playing well now and I like them a lot if "Mac" starts to get the feel

hey Mav :)

personally, I am surprised but not shocked--the UW really pissed me off b/c i had seaosn long bet +250 to win pac 10, then they lay huge egg at ucla 30-9 lead and turn soft at Trees in finale to cost me bet (not to mention zona beat asu at buzzer); then i bet Zona in pac 10 finale and UW wins by exposing zona is soft and one dimensional ... Im extremely happy for UW getting this ink, Lorenzo--great guy!--played here and came back as coach as about the #5 choice (ironically they courted quin who has since run amok) the UW's top ass. coach, Ken Bone, recruited one of my all time fave players i coached in HS when Bone was HC at SPU ... ive watched many of the UW players grow up from cyo to HS here ... i will say no team is deeper or scraps harder; their off. rbing can be a bitch to stop at times .. however, all that said, I dont see any way in world they win it all--altho larry bird did say at nba camp last summer that Nate would be national POY and UW would win it all, doesnt seem quite so ludicrous now ... i also lost out on Nate as pac-10 POY at +650 dang! Nate didnt have greatest year but he will compete his 5'8 ass off from openign tip to final buzzer as U all have seen ... their blowing tense opener in 2004 tourney to UAB still stings--look for UW to cover FH vs MONT

Im really glad for the UW, but not a homer in any stretch, will be rooting for them but they could stumble as early as Pitt game

gl, Mav and all at MJs

Yeah I know about the other games, I just meant this one. In the tourney, when it is supposed to "count." I just don't see how one can argue UConn as high as a #2 if Cuse is a 4. I think UConn is a decent team, that could go far in the tourney as they usually can. I just think they are the most undeserving high seed of any this year bar none.

No, he really isnt one to throw around praises and he defintely has an eye for talent...........look what he has done with ithe Pacers..........he drefted Tinsley late , signed Jermaine O'neal and if Artest could stay inline he would have been a great pickup.
