What do you mean there's no self defense to this case. Did you see who pursued who and who landed the first punches?

And I don't think the beating was overkill at all. I'd want to make sure the guy isn't going to get back up and come after me again. Maybe with a knife or gun the next time. No sympathy for the attacker at all from me. I don't care if he dies or not. I wonder how many people he killed?

I don't feel sorry for him either. That's the chance you take. You can't go around pushing someone to the tipping point and expect that person to know when to stop. Fear/rage/survival mode just aren't that easily switched off.

Sad society we live in that a guy gets beat like a pulp and then no one steps in to help him but sits there and tapes him as he borders on consciousness.

Yes he asked for it but yes once that fat fuck had him face down he should have landed maybe 1 more shot instead of pounding him like his double cheeseburger.

I don't really know what I just watched, but within the first 20 seconds of the video I had the thought that guy from New York would have been in for a big surprise if he tried that shit on me. I would have said "OK". :shrug:
