Question out there for anyone who has done contracting work for any length of time. Reading a lot now about whether I should incorporate as maybe an LLC or stay as I am. Been on a 1099 and will stay that way for the forseable future, but as they are about to pick me up for 8 more months I am wondering what is best for the long term in terms of deductions, tax implications etc.
