I'm only speaking about allegations that have been brought to the police or the school. It's second base if you believe the accuser. The other "victim" exists only to the reporter. No one has ever come forward to the police or the university.

Who would've thought my crusade against ND hypocrisy would result in so many green boxes. Your support has given me the strength to press forward.
Honestly, your hatred for the school is quite sad and pathetic.......hypocrisy happens at every football program, we just don't hear about it 90% of the time. How many times do we hear that programs suspend kids prior to bowl games due to team violations? But we all know that most of the time its academics at that time of year as the reason for the supsension. If you think your beloved LSU Tigers don't hide major crap then you need to remove your rose tinted Tigers glasses.
ND happens to be loved or hated by people, like the Yankees, Cowboys, Lakers or Habs in major sports. So people are always looking for the bad stuff that happens at their programs.....we never hear about the good stuff because it doesn't make for great news or sportstalk. :violin:

You are kidding right, integrity? This coming from a guy whos conference has so many misfits at their schools, more arrests than other conference when it comes to their football programs.....there is no integrity anymore.......USC, Ohio St, Penn St, the list goes on and on........every school has their problems.....
Plus I never said ND was my school. I post stuff in the off-season to drum up CFB chatter.....am I an LSU or Wisky guy because I posted something on them?

I do know that you freaked out last season when I placed ND 5th in late November in my PERSONAL power ranking and you had a major fit when Addict correctly predicted that Bama would whip ND by 30 points weeks prior to the game. Forgive me if I mistook you for an ND homer simply because you carry on like one.

FWIW, I don't think that it's intellectual capacity. I think it's willful ignorance. Just let me know when you find the victim. . . any victim stating that someone did more than touch her boob. . . .and immediately stop when he heard "no." And even that's alleged.
If anyone has a holier than thou routine, it's you! The way you have gone in here instructing me that I had a major fit and that I carry on like an ND fan....I guess you know me better than I know myself if you are able to state to everyone what you think I am about, incredible! You come in here and go on like everything you say is correct and nobody is correct.......with your holier than thou rant....seriously blown away. Since I defended one school against the SEC, I guess I must be a fan of that team. I guess I am tired of the pre-season rankings giving SEC teams that ability to say we beat 4 top 15 teams.......when we all know that some of them never belonged there to begin with. Sorry for the rant but I know many on here feel that way when it comes to the SEC. Do I love watching SEC football? Heck ya....but I am allowed to defend programs when I see fit as you do so all the time, but I guess its okay that you do!:facepalm:

Please dont sully USC by comparing them the likes of a school that harbors and protects a child molester or has a head coach knowingly and repeatedly lies and to the NCAA so thay can play in a BCS bowl game. Granted SC's punishment was worse, but the crime was a misdomenr comparitively. That said, USC, LSU, ND, Harvard, whoever can never insure that their 18-22 year olds will behave like 40 year olds. Kids do stupid things and if Gholson is allowed to continue after this punishment, I see no problem in that. Kids need 2 things - discipline and forgiveness. I see no problem in how ND treated this. :shrug:
