Is there a bigger waste of talent than Adam Scott?

At least he is using his good looks to pull some tail.

Probably not, right now at least.
Daly comes to mind. A guy who thought it was more important to write some crappy, obscure, country song on a cheap, untuned box, than get ready to play golf.
Duval maybe also.

He has dropped quickly but word is out and it is already expensive to fade him. I did fade him with Robert Karlsson @ - 145 for one of my bigger tourney plays and wanted to fade him with others too. However, I thought the - 160 price tag on Nick Watney over him was a bit more hefty than I like to play unless it's Tiger. No value against him at this point.

Thought he'd make a run at Tiger today and grabbed the + 145 but that four putt will kill matters quickly.

Figures.

Figures.

Outrights to Win Whole Tournament (Thursday - Sunday) :
1/3 Unit : Robert Karlsson to Win @ 50 : 1.
1/3 Unit : Sean O'Hair to Win @ 40 : 1.
1/3 Unit : Hunter Mahan to Win @ 30 : 1.
1/6 Unit : Zach Johnson to Win @ 60 : 1.
1/6 Unit : Phil Mickelson to Win @ 10 : 1.

1/5 Unit added : Hunter Mahan to Win @ 32 : 1.

FIGURES. All five of my selections are at least tied for ninth place or better but I finally grab some nice outrights on a tourney that Tiger has already jump started. I need to start covering the tournaments Tiger is in with top fives.

Quail Hollow Championship for Friday, May 1st.

Quail Hollow Championship for Friday, May 1st.

I'm going to join you Steve and add more match up for the Second Round to the ones I already posted.

Tournament Matchups for 18 holes for Second Round only :

One Unit :

Stuart Appleby over J B Holmes @ - 115. Lost by 4.

Hope I don't jinx you but I was looking at adding this anyway.

Rule # 1: Never add a play when you already have a big card. No need.

The good and the bad today.

The good and the bad today.

Good : Zach Johnson had 8 birdies and 7 pars to go to -8 on the day before giving back a few with bogeys on the last three. Temporarily took the lead but has since given it back up.

Bad : Kevin Streelman with an incredible 11 bogeys on the day. Tough.

Tilting a little..

Kim -125 over Paddy :toast:

Nice to get an easy win. Didnt even cap this play or overthink it, just knew that when kim starts playing well he plays well for a while. Maybe i shouldnt look at stats anymore

Camilo

Camilo

I was worried that Kim would get hot since he's been streaky lately but fortunately the guy I played against him, Villegas @ + 110, had a great day of - 5. Was close all day but Camilo finished the day strong.

Worked out well because that was my only play in the morning other than the half with Phil (which I can assume will lose) and ten go this afternoon.

Yes I read in his transcript he is finally healthy, he obviously showed signs with 11 birdies at augusta.. but hes close. wouldnt be surprised if he contends..

he still has never finished ahead of tiger in an event

Four water balls on 1 hole, ouch...... Tin Cup style. Villegas and Goosen are looking strong. Cabrera 1.46 puts per hole for someone who struggles with the flat stick :mj07: :mj07: Just can't predict that
