Friend of mine had his Hotmail account hacked and they changed his password so he can't access it anymore. It is not a paid account so he can't get any help. There is stuff there he wants to retrieve but can't get into it. Any help? Thanks.

He could email the hackers at his old account, from a new account, and see if they will send the files to him, or maybe they will give him the password back. :shrug:

There is a way....I know because my hotmail account got hacked. It was a pain in the ass but I think what I had to do was set-up another Email account with hotmail.....and I initialted some sort of fraud inquiry from there. It took a few days but I finally got the controls to my account back
