Hope some of you can shed some light on this for me....

One of the books I've used for years gives you only one option for funding. Master card or Visa. I have never had a problem making a deposit or getting my money via fed ex.

With the new restricitons, can I get in trouble or is it against the law for me to use my Visa debit card for on line deposits?

I know most sites have stopped the credit card option. It seems to be working just fine for me, but am a bit concerned I might be doing something against the new passed bill.

Do I need to be?

Thanks in advance....

It is not against the law for you to use a credit card to fund a gambling account but it is illegal for your bank to allow you to do so. Some more conservative banks have been closing the accounts of customers who attempt financial transactions with offshore books.

Look into whether or not your book accepts Western Union as most do, and you can use your credit card to send the money through them.

I would be careful with using Western Union too much tho...I've heard the gov't is monitoring them closely recently...
